261. Unveiling of True Beauty Beyond the Superficial
A beauty beyond what words can express,
A beauty who is priceless beyond even what one can stress....
True beauty transcends,
Superficial appearance's limitations and barriers,
True beauty is an essence pure and timeless,
Beyond physical sight and making people's lives truly merrier...
Self-love is the key to evolve and grow, Self-sabotage and self-hate are not the way to go...
True beauty can be felt and seen even with closed eyes,
This fact of life we need to realise...
Everyone is unique and beautiful in their own way,
Being harsh and self-critical and addressing ourselves as ugly is the worst thing to say...
We should never diminish our self-worth,
Always remember that we are a beautiful and unique creation of God on this planet earth...
With a beautiful heart and beautiful soul,
A beautiful person on the whole...
It's the thoughts and the values that add to a person's beauty,
To accept and love ourselves is our first and foremost duty...
Accepting and acknowledging the good we hold in our heart is a must,
People's praises about us are not just plain kind words, but are reality we need to trust...
At times the weight of our own expectations,
Crushes our heart and soul; things and relationships often mess up,
When they become an all-consuming goal...
Because of our over-expectations of ourselves,
Harsh, self-critical behaviour and sadness develops...
Creating a cycle of an unrealistic ideal,
Making us constantly fall short on trial...
Leading to negative self-talk,
And diminished self-worth,
Making us feel unworthy,
Like a mere speck of dirt...
Beauty lies in the eyes of the beholder,
To accept ourselves we need to be bolder...
Accept our beauty with humility and grace,
With arrogance or self-sabotage, not bring ourselves disgrace...
The smile is the most beautiful thing one can wear,
Loving ourselves we should get over our insecurities and fears...
Stop destroying our health and happiness by making mistakes,
Of degrading ourselves by comparing ourselves with the society around us fake...
Stop feeding ourselves with self-doubt, self-hate, insecurities and fears,
Accepting ourselves, we should end all overthinking and shedding tons of wasteful tears...
We should stop being a self-sabotaging queen,
To ourselves, stop being harsh, judgemental and mean...
By stopping the negative thoughts that pull us down,
And happily accepting the good in us along with the crown...
We need to see and accept our own beauty at large,
Reigniting and fuelling our lost or flickering self-love's spark...

262. The Soul's True Dwelling
The body is just a vessel,
Where the soul rests...
The body is just a cage,
In which for its freedom the spirit sits and patiently waits...
The vessel and the cage,
In the soul's journey is just a temporary stage...
In its journey to seek true love,
The soul evolves and grows, taking many births...
Evolving with wisdom and time,
Learning to acknowledge inner beauty, profound and divine...
Learning to ignore the packaging,
And truly see inside,
To genuinely and patiently seek and recognise,
The precious gift that lies hidden from ordinary sight…
The soul's beauty decides if life will have peace and success,
Or a mean and selfish soul will live life as a stressful mess ...
Lust needs a body for pleasure,
Love just needs a loving heart to forever treasure...
Neither the cage,
Nor the vessel matter if love is pure,
The heart can sense the beauty of the soul radiating through with closed eyes for sure...

263. Healing the Deep Dark
I am a deep, dark black hole,
You are sunshine to my soul,
In many ways, brightening up my life,
Forcing the rediscovery of my lost vibe...
My heart, mind and soul strongly holding the weight,
Overwhelmed now, for its healing now really needs to break,
With darkness engulfing me from inside,
It's always comforting to have someone like you by my side...
Sharing the darkness, pain and loathe,
Finding a common ground for growing and healing together for both,
Ending this perfect smiles, fake,
And turning them into genuine make...
Being your strength, integrating as one,
Ending your darkness by inviting back lost self-love and fun...
You, sharing your heart's burdens, will not alleviate my inherent darkness or heart's load,
It will help me reduce my self-loath,
Enabling the journey to bring hope and light,
Fighting the darkness rooted deep inside...
Nothing you do can feed my darker side,
Sharing your darkness will only help us both feel light,
Your negativity will be absorbed and lost,
In the big black hole, vast...
It's a pleasure and honour to be part of your life,
Two wrongs at times make things right,
Lending an invisible helping hand,
Like a divine grace and strength to help things, amend...
The only thing that you can end up doing,
Is that my pain, trauma and darkness of the past you will ruin,
Saving the soul's flickering flame from forever being lost,
By reigniting hope and the quest for good and positivity, even in darkness being forced sought...
That's the only way to fight right,
By healing darkness with darkness to bring back inner light,
Only after healing the wrong,
We can reunite back with our heart's true song...

264. The Catalyst of Darkness
Healing isn't about ignoring,
Or running or fleeing from one's darker side,
But rather accepting, embracing, confronting and integrating,
And using it as a catalyst for growth, bringing forth one's brighter and better side.....
Instead of trying to ignore or suppress,
Using the darkness as a tool to de-stress,
Emerging from gloom, dispelling despair,
Helping others through struggles, finding self-repair
Confronting directly the trauma, pain and fear,
Healing mysteriously, through shared despair...
Leveraging the internal darkness for our own and others' healing,
By taking its help, to better understand and empathise with others' pain and feelings,
A powerful mutual journey of growth and support,
Sharing pain, trauma and darkness, becoming beneficial for both...
It's only through healing our own wrongs, pain, hatred and darkness,
That we can be of any help to others or be their inspiration or guide,
Healing and rebuilding our own self,
In the process of healing others, by silently being on their side…
Igniting our own inner light,
In order to try to show them life's brighter side,
To motivate them and to guide,
In their healing journey, helping them rediscover their lost zest and vibe...
Being their strength in their fight,
Ending their darkness inviting back the light...
Becoming the reason for their smile,
Slowly making a worthless life worthwhile,
Boosting our own peace and self-worth,
Gradually, helping the buried life force unearth...
Bringing around a transformative process,
Making darkness itself an agent to heal the complex internal mess...

265. A Vulnerable Strength
Opening up the heart,
Sharing raw emotions and laying bare your soul,
Fearing being embarrassed,
Or letting it take on us, an emotional toll...
Being emotionally vulnerable,
It's OK to be afraid to share the heart,
Fearing being misunderstood,
Afraid to be hated or hurt...
Fear of our pain being used against us as a weapon,
Afraid to be laughed at and mocked as it happens...
Worried about others' intentions,
Being overwhelmed by anxiety and fright,
Fearing emotional pain being invalidated and dismissed,
Stopping us from bringing it to light...
Afraid to share the secrets and the pain,
Afraid of being judged and our names being stained...
Afraid to expose our gloom, shadow, and despair,
And ending up with a non-sympathetic, pitiful glare,
Fearing our pain and misery may be compared,
And then being put down as very small and nothing compared to others, bitterly uncared...
Finding someone who won't be burdened by our pain,
An understanding soul, patience, who can maintain,
Someone emphatic and non-judgemental to see us through,
Helping us heal and revive our spirit anew...
Accepting and sharing,
The bitter truths of life,
Not being held back,
By vulnerabilities and fears, traumatic ride...
Sharing doesn't make one weak,
About a person's great inner strength it speaks,
It takes a great deal of strength,
To show and share our most vulnerable side,
To share our darkness deep and wide...

266. Beauty Objectified: A Deceptive Lie
Physical beauty glorified,
The human body, objectified;
Society's evil, amplified,
Human objectification multiplied.
Running after curves and figures,
Just focusing on exteriors...
Obsessing over superficial physique,
Making people behave with materialistic mystique...
Physical beauty, a deceptive lie,
That lifts people up, then leaves them high.
True beauty is falsified,
Leaving hearts dissatisfied;
Lust's hold on people intensified,
Our current society, horrified...
Outer beauty, a manipulative lie,
Just a momentary pleasure for the eye...
Flaunting life partners' looks,
Making others jealous,
Evoking a desire for quick hookups;
Flaunting the other
As a trophy or award,
From lustful eyes,
Deriving hollow satisfaction and reward...
A deceptive pleasure of the mind,
By lust, which is poorly defined...
A pleasure to touch, to fondle, to play,
To get laid and to lay;
To seduce, to have sex, to foreplay,
As sexual fantasies make their way,
The body, just a tool, humping and snagging away...
Loyalty, a myth of the past,
Today, the body's an instrument for gratification,
They think it will forever last...
Driven by lust and pleasure,
In today's time, people's only treasure...

267. Prison
Soul confined and trapped in the flesh,
Forced to exist in the eternal mess...
The soul trapped in this prison,
Prisoned, since long,
Without having committed any sin,
Or done anything wrong...
Not allowed to sing,
Hearts true song,
Forcefully confined,
By their suffocating norms...
No way to be free,
Without finishing the term,
Till then, slowly and daily,
We need to silently burn...
No key to the lock,
No where to plea,
No way to end the confinement,
No way to break-free...
No option to quit, leave or bail out,
Silently need to suffer, the imprisonment throughout...
Fighting a life sentence,
Written in invisible ink,
With no one to free us from the cage of time,
Till the dawn ultimately sinks...
A non-negotiable term,
Good deeds or bad deeds,
What is going to help us,
Earn quicker freedom...?
Eternal confinement,
A journey to a new beginning or an end...?
Travelling on a path of self-reflection and betterment,
Or simply waiting for the imminent…?

268. Beauty and the Beast
At times, outer beauty attracts beasts,
Because on the innocent beauty, every beast's eyes want to feast...
Outer beauty can often turn out to be more of a curse than a boon,
Because many times it becomes the reason for a person's doom...
Bringing in a lot of people, fake,
Increasing the probability of trusting the wrong person and making a mistake...
Increasing the risk of safety and physical harm,
If any dangerous beast gets enchanted by beauty's charm...
Outer beauty curse indeed,
Vulgar comments and false rumours spread at wild forest fires speed...
Making it challenging to find true friends,
With jealousy and hidden motives, hard to dodge and defend...
Creating a risk from our known,
Turning into a silent threat from our own...
Gossip, betrayal, traps and fear at every step,
Outer beauty turning into an inevitable debt...
A punishment to suffocate inside in silence alone,
Beautifully smiling outside, hiding the pain deep and unknown...
Beautiful outside,
Dark, gloomy and lost inside...

269. Blood Under the Smile
I age, you age,
We all live in a cage,
We are all on the same page,
Filled with disappointment, anger, and rage,
Acting happily on this world's stage,
Where no one is a sage,
Hiding behind a mask, true emotions and face,
Seeing people's true colours—you'd be amazed...
Acting mystic and mysterious,
As if hiding something nefarious,
Pretty faces with ugly souls,
To manipulate others as their only goals,
No sympathy or compassion,
Gaining power and control over others, a hidden passion,
Corrupted hearts and twisted minds,
Pretending to be the world's most kind,
Wicked and cunning play of words,
To win people's hearts and trust—how absurd...
Judging in fear of being judged,
Or judging in a hurry,
To prevent their souls from getting crushed,
Judging to know whom to talk to and how much to trust,
Judging as a basic instinct for some, is a must...
People don't want to listen,
They just want to fight,
Preaching their version,
Of wrong and right,
People lack the patience to hear,
Their thoughts, they are always in a hurry to share...
People often fail to listen and understand,
Just ignoring our words and expressing their discontent.
Our feelings and thoughts they outright reject and suspend,
Mocking us with their taunting words to offend...
Leaving many things to assumptions, various,
Often leading to uncertain outcomes, either serious or hilarious,
Where anything may turn out spurious,
Keeping the truth always hidden from curious eyes,
A stage of masks, a scripted game,
No real faces—just fake names...

270. The Weight of Appearance Surface Deep
Inner beauty, always ignored,
Outer beauty always worshipped and adored....
Physical features, weight and curves,
Often the prime focus, ignoring inner beauty and love...
Physical beauty, getting attention and praise,
The soul's kindness, ignored and being replaced...
Beauty is defined only in false, objective, materialistic terms,
Changed perspective, a dangerous concern...
Corrupted minds, corrupting hearts,
Corrupting souls, from their birth...
Insecurities and self-hate from an early age creep in,
Unacceptance of own looks, body and skin...
The cosmetic industry creating fears,
Feeding on others' insecurities and tears...
Growing, profiting and prospering, causing others misery,
For their own selfish motives using their wicked trickery...
Building a multi-billion empire,
Causing in others' lives, havoc and haywire...
Causing others' self-image critical injury,
And happily being its sole beneficiary...
Leaving a damaging impact,
On people's self-love and self-respect...
Destroying others' self-esteem and self-worth,
Profiting from shattering their self-confidence to dirt...
Crushing their souls, stealing their peace,
Building their empire, giving others emotional trauma and psychological disease...
Hating own body,
Treating own self with disgust and disgrace,
Falling prey to manipulated standards set by the cosmetic industry,
And declaring self a loser in the race...
Superfitial beauty surface deep,
Leaving a life long scar unseen but very deep...
